1.1 Background of the Study

Organizational change is an inevitable aspect of business evolution, driven by factors such as technological advancements, market dynamics, and regulatory shifts. Effective corporate communication is critical in managing this change, ensuring that stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals. In Biu Local Government Area, Borno State, businesses operate in a challenging environment characterized by socio-political instability and limited resources. These conditions amplify the need for robust communication strategies to navigate organizational change successfully. Research underscores the importance of clear and consistent messaging in reducing resistance to change, fostering trust, and enhancing employee morale (Brown & Green, 2023; Patel, 2024).
